IMPORTANT NOTE: Please submit a photo to [email protected] prior to filling out our Warranty claim on our website. This will help us to link both the product and the Warranty Request form to ensure a seamless transaction in getting your product either refunded or replaced.
To submit a claim, please follow these simple steps to submit your warranty request.
1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page HERE.
2. Type in your order number and the email address associated with that product. Press Return Items.
3. From here, please select the product in which you are having issues with.
4. On the “Return Reason” dropdown, select Warranty Request.
Once you have clicked on Warranty Request, your order is ready to be submitted! It should look like the example below.
