Once your order has been placed, modification and cancellations cannot be approved.
If you request cancellation via the Mom Name Necklace Support team within 15 minutes of placing your order, we will attempt to cancel the order before it is dispatched. After 15 minutes we may not be able to cancel your order, but you can return unworn items for free within 100 days of delivery using the returns portal.
If you have entered the incorrect delivery address at checkout, you may not need to cancel your order. Get in touch via The Mom Name Necklace Support team with the correct address ASAP and we will do our best to help.
If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please contact us ASAP at our email. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.

The estimated delivery date is when your order should arrive. Generally, the estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered, the transit time, and today’s date. it normally takes 10 days to deliver the order locally. However, international delivery may take longer than that due to different factors.
Due to current restrictions, we have extended our return policy 100 days from your delivery date.

When you’re ready to return, select ‘create a return’.
Enter your order number and delivery postcode/ email address and choose the items to return.
Choose your most convenient return method. Print your personalized return label or generate a QR code to scan in-store.
Return your parcel at your nearest drop-off point.
